This policy explains what personal data VEXUAR Studio collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
VEXUAR Studio is a creative studio based in Milan, Italy. Alessandro Romano and Andrea Ruggiero are joint controllers of the data described below, on equal terms, and either of them can answer a request about it.

What we collect
Data you give us through the contact form. The form on this site asks for a brand name, an email address, and whatever you choose to write in the message field. We use it for one purpose only: to reply to you and, if there is a fit, to discuss a project. We do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Anonymous usage statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they open. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you or track you across other websites.
A verification tag. The site carries a Pinterest domain verification tag. It confirms to Pinterest that we own this domain. It does not collect data about you.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run remarketing pixels, and we do not track you across other sites.
Connecting a TikTok account
VEXUAR Studio operates an internal tool that connects a TikTok account in order to read the performance of the videos that account has published. It is used on our own account, and it is not part of the public website.
If you choose to connect an account, TikTok shows you a consent screen and, only after you approve it, grants us two read-only permissions:
- user.info.basic — your display name, avatar and account identifier, so the tool can show which account is connected.
- video.list — the list of your videos and their public metrics (views, likes, comments, shares), so we can read how they performed.
Both permissions are read-only. We cannot and do not post, edit, or delete anything on your TikTok account. We do not sell this data, do not share it with third parties, and do not use it for advertising or profiling. The access token is held in a secure, HTTP-only cookie in your own browser for the lifetime TikTok assigns it; we do not keep a copy of your TikTok data on a server of ours. You can revoke the connection at any time, either from the tool itself or from your TikTok account settings, and the access ends immediately.
Where the data goes
The site is hosted by Vercel. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, which processes them only to forward them to us. Our email is hosted by Aruba. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as the conversation is commercially relevant, and deleted when it is not. Analytics data is aggregated and is not linked to you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can also object to our processing it. Write to hello@vexuar.com and we will respond within one month. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Legal basis
We process contact form data on the basis of your request to be contacted and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. We process anonymous analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding whether the site works.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
