These terms govern your use of vexuar.com. By using the site you accept them. They cover the website only — work we do for a client is governed by the separate contract signed for that project, which prevails over anything written here.

VEXUAR Studio, a creative studio based in Milan, Italy. Contact: hello@vexuar.com.

What this site is

This site presents our work and lets you contact us. It does not sell anything, does not take payment, and does not create an account for you. Prices, packages or timelines shown here are indicative and are not a binding offer.

Using the site

You may read the site and contact us through it. You may not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or use it to send us unlawful, abusive or misleading content. We may stop serving the site to anyone who does.

Our work belongs to us

The images, films, text, layout and marks on this site belong to VEXUAR Studio or to the people we made them with. You may not reuse them commercially, republish them as your own, or use them to train a model without our written permission. Quoting a piece with credit and a link back is fine.

The work shown here is self-initiated concept work. A.R. is a fictitious brand created and owned by VEXUAR Studio, made to demonstrate our approach. It is not a client, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim of a commercial relationship with any third party.

Getting in touch is not a contract

Sending us a message, and us replying, does not create a binding agreement. A project starts when both sides sign a written agreement covering scope, price and delivery.

What we do not promise

We keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be free of errors or always online. The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Links out

We link to other sites, including our profiles on social platforms. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Your data

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.

Law

These terms are governed by Italian law, and the courts of Milan, Italy have jurisdiction. If you deal with us as a consumer, this does not remove the protections of the law of the country where you live.
